Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû : Ä¡°ú°è¿¡ Á¾»çÇÏ°Ô µÉ Ä¡À§»ý(ÇÐ)°ú ÇлýµéÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î Ä¡°úÀÇ ¼º°ú±ÞÁ¦ µµÀÔ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀνÄÀ» ¾Ë¾Æº¸°í, ¼º°ú±ÞÁ¦ µµÀÔ¿¡ µû¸¥ ´ëÀÀ¹æ¾È ¹× ´ëÇб³À°ÀÇ ¹æÇâ ¼³Á¤À» À§ÇÑ ±âÃÊÀڷḦ Á¦°øÇÏ°íÀÚÇÑ´Ù.

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý : 2011³â 9¿ùºÎÅÍ 10¿ù±îÁö ¼öµµ±Ç¿¡ À§Ä¡ÇÑ Ä¡À§»ý(ÇÐ)°ú ÀçÇлý 565¸íÀÇ ¼³¹®Áö¸¦ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú : ±Þ¿©¹æ½ÄÂ÷ÀÌ ÀÎÁö¿©ºÎ¸¦ ¾Ë¾Æº» °á°ú ¸ð¸£´Â ÇлýÀÌ ¾Ë°í ÀÖ´Â ÇлýÀÇ ¾à2¹èÀÌ°í, ÀúÇг⿡¼­ °íÇгâÀ¸·Î ¿Ã¶ó°¥¼ö·Ï ±Þ¿©¹æ½Ä Â÷À̸¦ ¾Ë°í ÀÖ´Â ÇлýºñÀ²ÀÌ ³ô¾ÆÁ³´Ù. °á·Ð : Ä¡À§»ý(ÇÐ)°ú ÇлýµéÀÌ Ä¡°úÀ§»ý»ç ¾÷¹«¿¡ ÀûÇÕÇÏ´Ù°í »ý°¢ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀº ¿¬ºÀÁ¦ÀÌ°í, ¼º°ú±ÞÁ¦ µµÀÔÀ» À§ÇÑ ÀüÁ¦Á¶°ÇÀ¸·Î´Â Æò°¡ÀÇ °øÁ¤¼ºÀ» °¡Àå Å« ¹®Á¦Á¡À¸·Î ÀνÄÇÏ°í ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.

The purpose of this study was to survey dental hygiene students" basic perception about introduction of incentive payment system. A survey was conducted on the residents in capital region from September 2011 to October 2011.
Data were collected from total 565 subjects, using questionnaire, and analized using frequency, percentage, Chi-square by SPSS ver. 17.0 program(SPSS Inc,. Chicaco, IL, USA).
As a result of surveying the recognition about difference of salary system, the respondents who have not known is almost twice of who have known, and the students who know salary system difference increased as they become senior from freshman.
The proportion that the annual salary system is appropriate to the work of dental hygienist was high. The appropriate salary system that increase morale, motivation, service was a incentive payment system.
In the qualification that is necessary for incentive payment system, a professional work ability was highest.
Fairness of estimation was most important for introduction of incentive payment system, and Incentive system was the most suitable for the dental clinic.
